春困了喝杯冰糖薄荷茶

  隨著春天到來,人容易困倦、疲乏,總感覺沒睡夠,此時不妨試試冰糖薄荷茶。薄荷可鎮靜緊張情緒、提神解郁,有助于驅散春困帶來的倦怠感。選用薄荷葉5~10片,冷水洗凈后放到茶杯中,加入熱水200毫升,加蓋15~20分鐘直到藥香散出即可,等涼了時根據個人喜好加入冰糖、蜂蜜等。
